Here I was - all ready to start stitching when I decided to go over everything again. Only then did I realize that the linen I purchased for this project wasn't large enough! AAAAGGGHHH! I couldn't believe it! So... I've reorded linen in the correct size this time and will have to wait until it arrives to begin stitching. Have you ever had one of those days? I seem to have them with recurring frequency lately LOL! Oh well...

ReplyDeleteDon't feel bad, Margaret....I just did the same thing with a La-D-Da pattern I'm doing...DUH!! Now I need to alter the pattern to fit the fabric because I'm NOT frogging the whole thing....AAAARRRRGGGHH :(
ReplyDeleteAt least you realized it before you started stitching. I did a whole motif before I realized my piece was too small. :(
ReplyDeleteAnd I did half a motif and then realized it really had to be 24", and that I did not own even one piece that big, I guess this is the largest sampler I've ever thought of stitching!
